If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us; info@visionpersonalisedgifts.co.uk


If we hear from you within 14 days, we'll happily look into your query. Should your item arrive damaged, or we've made a mistake with the order, we will send out a replacement immediately.
Please include photographs of the damaged product, including the packaging, to our email address, and your replacement will be prioritised and be sent out within 1 business day.


Please make sure that all personalisation is right before submitting the order, as we're unable to 
replace or refund incorrect orders.


Once you've placed the order and your product is prepped to be personalised, you will not be able to 
return the item due to the nature of our products, as they won't be personalised to everyone and thus
cannot be resold.
